Price’s Atlanta roots run deep. He grew up in Buckhead, graduated from Pace Academy, and earned a marketing degree from the University of Georgia. After graduation, Price spent two years in Baltimore, Maryland, at Mercantile Bank and Trust, but Atlanta beckoned him back. He returned and excelled in the commercial office leasing industry for 11 years. In 1995, Price became the Vice President of United Parking, where he oversaw 250 employees across approximately 100 locations, from Atlanta to Charlotte, North Carolina, and Tampa, Florida. By 2000, he had risen to the role of President, where he was instrumental in negotiating the sale of United Parking to InterPark of Chicago. Price’s success across multiple areas of real estate has given him extensive technical knowledge of the industry, allowing him to provide unique insight that he can use to best represent homeowners in sales and purchases alike.
Today, Price and his wife, Kristy, have two adult sons and a very active Sheltie sheepdog. They are members of the Northside United Methodist Church and the Piedmont Driving Club. When he’s not assisting clients with the sale or acquisition of real estate, Price enjoys traveling, boating, hiking, and reading.
